Position: Assistant Manager Materials
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the position is to ensure the efficient and effective management of inventory stock levels and the strategic allocation of materials. This role is pivotal in minimizing costs, reducing waste, and enhancing the overall supply chain efficiency. Moreover, this role will leverage data-driven insights to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials to meet demand and supply need of distribution operation, projects & new connection. By maintaining optimal inventory levels and streamlining material allocation processes, the position will contribute to the organization's operational excellence and financial performance.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in business management/ engineering (preferably electrical).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in technical inventory & material management in project's environment.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the distribution industry and project management principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and working collaboratively with procurement teams.
